Maddli makes her debut as Euro 2025 mascot
December 2 – UEFA has unveiled its Women’s Euro 2025 mascot, Maddli, a Saint Bernard puppy, named after Madeleine Boll, the first ever female licensed footballer in Switzerland.
Maddli made her first appearance today – surprising children and passengers at Cornavin railway station in Geneva, before taking the train to Zurich ahead of Switzerland’s friendly match against Germany at the Stadion Letzigrund.
Saint Bernards are renowned rescue dogs from Switzerland, admired for their bravery,
