Lewis Hamilton's Qatar GP ruined by fresh FIA blunder as Max Verstappen wins race

A largely uneventful race burst into life when it was ruined for Lewis Hamilton and Carlos Sainz when race control was too slow to act before a loose wing mirror was run over and scattered shards across the Losail track
