Speaker of Parliament Alban Bagbin has expressed uncertainty about what will unfold when Parliament reconvenes on Thursday, November 7. His comments follow a declaration by Minority Chief Whip, Governs Kwame Agbodza, that the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Caucus intends to occupy the Majority seats on the Speaker rsquo;s right when Parliament resumes.
