NFL Week 10 betting lines: Jayden Daniels, Commanders favored to land signature win over Steelers
Jayden Daniels had his signature moment of the season two weeks ago when he completed a Hail Mary pass as time expired to beat the Chicago Bears and Caleb Williams. That doesn’t exactly qualify as a signature win, though. The rookie quarterback is still looking for one of those.
The Washington Commanders are 7-2, but they’ve only beaten one team that currently has a winning record. That team is the 5-4 Arizona Cardinals. And the Bears are the only team they beat that had a winning record at the time of the game.
That’s not the fault of Daniels or the Commanders. You play who you play. But it does leave some doubt about their ability to beat good teams. They have a chance to eliminate that doubt with this week’s game against the 6-2 Pittsburgh Steelers.
The Commanders are 2.5-point home favorites over Pittsburgh for what may prove to be a true heavyweight battle. If they’re able to pull out the win, we’ll have to start taking them more serious as a playoff contender and possibly more. That they’ve even come so far as to be favored in a game like this speaks to how good they’ve been.
Now, let’s get into the other lines for Week 10, including the easiest call of the week, one game to avoid and more. Odds are via BetMGM.
