Health professionals at Tetteh Quarshie Memorial Hospital have issued a one-week ultimatum to government to install speed ramps and a footbridge at the facility rsquo;s entrance. The staff believe these measures are essential to prevent frequent incidents of speeding vehicles hitting patients and staff along the busy Koforidua Mampong-Accra road.
