Celta coach Giraldez signs two-year contract extension

MADRID, Oct. 16 (Xinhua) -- La Liga club Celta Vigo on Wednesday confirmed it has extended the contract of coach Claudio Giraldez until the end of June 2027.

The 36-year-old former B-team coach, who replaced Rafael Benitez at the end of last season, had a previous contract due to expire in June 2025.
