The Terrapins head into the matchup after losing 42-28 to the Indiana Hoosiers in their last game on Sept. 28. Last time out, the Wildcats were beaten by the Indiana Hoosiers 41-24. Billy Edwards Jr. threw for 289 yards, with three touchdowns and no interceptions on 26-of-41 passing (63.4%) for the Terps in that matchup against the Hoosiers. Roman Hemby rushed for 117 yards on 10 carries (11.7 yards per carry) and one touchdown, adding five receptions for 48 yards and one touchdown. Kaden Prather hauled in five receptions for 66 yards (averaging 13.2 per catch), while scoring one touchdown against the Hoosiers. Jack Lausch’s performance for the Wildcats against the Hoosiers included 23-of-38 passing for 243 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions. He rushed nine times for 34 yards. Joseph Himon II put together a five-carry, 35-yard game (7.0 yards per attempt), while also adding two receptions for 15 yards . Bryce Kirtz caught 10 passes for 128 yards (12.8 yards per catch).
