Canberra Raiders star Josh Papalii to be charged over alleged Mad Monday incident

Canberra Raiders star player Josh Papalii is expected to be charged after allegedly throwing glasses and verbally abusing staff at the Raiders Gungahlin club last month, and threatening and intimidating police when they told him to leave.
