England skipper Heather Knight apologises for 2012 blackface photo

London [UK], September 24 (ANI): England women's skipper Heather Knight has been reprimanded and handed a fine of 1000 Great Britain Pounds by Cricket Discipline Commission (CDC) for a 2012 photo in blackface, deemed as "racist and discriminatory conduct".

As per ESPNCricinfo, the photo, which was taken by a third party at a sports stars themed fancy dress party at a cricket club party back in 2012, breached the directive
