Health Ministry launches National Surgical, Obstetric and Anesthesia Plan

The Ministry of Health has launched the National Surgical, Obstetric, and Anesthesia Plan (NSOAP), to ensure that all Ghanaians have equitable access to vital anesthetic, surgical, obstetric and trauma care.
