Hockey India announces financial aid for unemployed senior core group players

Hockey India has decided to provide Rs 2 lakh per year to unemployed senior core group players. This resolution was announced at the AGM in Lucknow to assist players who are without jobs. The meeting also reviewed progress of the national teams at the senior and junior levels and the upcoming tournaments, besides discussing grassroots initiatives for hockey's development.
