Carsley shuffles the England pack adding new blood, to return of Grealish and Maguire
August 30 – England’s interim manager Lee Carsley named uncapped Angel Gomes, Tino Livramento, Morgan Gibbs-White and Noni Madueke in his first squad for Nations League fixtures against the Republic of Ireland and Finland next month.
Carsley, appointed interim manager following Gareth Southgate’s resignation following the Euros, surprisingly left out defender Kyle Walker while left back Luke Shaw and star midfielder Jude Bellingham were unavailable due to injury.
Striker Ivan Toney and goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale have also been omitted while Jack Grealish,
