Louisville police officer involved in Scottie Scheffler arrest is charged with theft and misconduct three months on from golf star's infamous Kentucky ordeal

Louisville police communications disclosed that the officer has been placed on emergency suspension and faces termination from the department, the Louisville Courier-Journal reported.
