A source said Kyle is “carefully looking at options” and has heard advice from two law firms in order to protect his children.
The footballer shares four sons with scorned wife Annie Kilner, who last week blocked his return to their family £4million Cheshire mansion.
It is understood the love rat was hoping for a reconciliation after their Turkey and Wales holidays.
Instead, the footballer has been forced to stay in Premier League owned apartment.
The source claimed Kyle wants to protect Roman, Riaan, Reign and Rezon, from any online harm as Lauryn continues to post following their bitter court row last month.
A judge slammed the Celebs Go Dating star for using her footballer baby-dad as an “open-ended cheque book”.
Her eye-watering list of demands was unveiled bombshell documents.
They included £33,000 for air conditioning at her seven-bedroom mansion in Hove, Sussex, a £22,000 furnishing fund, £70,000 for a Mercedes GLE, to be replaced every three years, and a £30,000 car allowance for a nanny.
But Lauryn later blasted Judge Edward Hess on social media and pokes fun at his comments.
She replied to one fan: “I hope Hess got the publicity I think he craved.”
And the influencer has also since claimed Kyle told her he had never “for a second” been sorry they had got together and wanted to “have my cake and eat it”.
She alleged her ex-lover wanted to bed her on a date in a London hotel room — days before he said publicly he regretted their “mistake” of a relationship.
The influencer added that the Man City star “wanted a secret double life playing happy families” with their two kids.
In an exclusive interview with The Sun on Sunday, Lauryn said he told her: “We can keep this between you and me.”
‘SPY ON HIM’
Meanwhile, as reported by the MailOnline, the mum-of-two also allegedly asked one of Kyle’s mates to “spy on him”.
The claimed the Celebs Go Dating star demanded they inform her where he, Annie and the kids were going on holiday.
“She wanted all the details spread on social media, I guess just to embarrass him,” claimed the source.
“I wasn’t comfortable with what she was saying and wanted no part of it but shows how much she wants to get at him.
“I wanted no part of it.”
A spokesperson for Lauryn denied these claims.
It is not the first allegation against the influencer, as just last month a Kyle’s neighbour claimed Lauryn asked her to keep tabs on him and Annie in a bid to break their marriage up.
Jasmine David, 51, recalled: “It was becoming clear how desperate she was, how obsessed she was with them.
“She wanted to know if his car was parked up and if he was there, what he was doing.
“I feel sorry for her to a certain degree. We have no idea what kind of things he said to her or what he promised. But in the end, she became hell-bent on breaking them up.”
And, Lauryn’s own sister, glamour model Chloe, slammed the mum-of-two and vowed she couldn’t forgive her.
She told The Sun how the feud saw her disinvite her sister from her dream wedding, claiming she had been “kept in the dark”.
It comes after Lauryn sent a bombshell message to Annie on Boxing Day revealing Kyle fathered her second child.
Annie, who was pregnant with Rezon at the time, swiftly kicked the £150,000-a-week defender out of their family home.
She had previously welcomed him back after it was exposed he was dad to Lauryn’s son Kario.
In an exclusive interview with The Sun soon after his second love child was revealed, Kyle publicly apologised to his estranged wife.
He spoke of his desire to save the marriage and described Annie as his “soulmate”.
She was later at the Etihad Stadium to support him as City won the title for a record fourth time in a row.
And she attended all but one of England’s matches at the Euros in Germany.
Lauryn also travelled to one of them with their son, Kairo, four.
Kyle Walker's sit-down interview with The Sun
By Paul Sims
ENGLAND ace Kyle Walker admitted in January he made “idiot choices and idiot decisions” over his secret child and bitterly regrets betraying soulmate wife Annie.
In a sit-down interview with The Sun, this is what he said.
“What I’ve done is horrible and I take full responsibility.
“I made idiot choices and idiot decisions. I can’t begin to think or imagine what Annie is going through. I’ve tried to ask her but there’s pain and hurt.
“The man that’s meant to love, care and be there for her, did this.
“There have been days in this ordeal where I’ve just wanted to curl up in a ball and go to sleep.
“The only person to blame is me. I have roles and responsibilities that I’m aware of and I’ve made stupid choices. But I need to own up to my mistakes — I owe it to everyone.
“My actions have caused a lot of pain to a lot of people. I’m sorry because, as a family, this isn’t meant to happen.
“I am a private man but I accept that I am a public figure and I need to address what I’ve done.
“It hasn’t helped that it has been played out in the media. But I’ve chosen to speak now in the hope that I can at least explain myself and enable my wife and children to have the privacy they so desperately need and deserve.
“When I met Annie at 17, I never envisaged my private life being like this. I never thought I would be a father of six.
“In football I’ve achieved more than what I ever thought I would achieve. But to personally hurt what I truly believe is my best friend, that’s what hurts a lot.
“How could I hurt someone I love so much? That’s something I need to find in myself.
“I need to find out why I have done this and why situations have occurred. I am human and I’ve made mistakes on and off the field.
“The ones off the field are definitely more damaging and have been more hurtful to me.
“Football has been my life since I was six but my family comes before anything on this planet. At the moment, they’re hurting enormously.
“My little boy goes to sleep with me every night and to not have him . . . I’m used to being away for long periods of time with England.
“We say goodnight on FaceTime. But to know that I’m not with him because of my mistake — mistake is probably the wrong word, my choices — that’s what pains me.”
