Phillies place OF Austin Hays (hamstring) on 10-day IL

The Philadelphia Phillies placed outfielder Austin Hays on the 10-day injured list because of a left hamstring strain in one of the team's multiple roster moves Friday.

The Phillies also selected the contracts of outfielder Cal Stevenson and right-hander Max Lazar from Triple-A Lehigh Valley, optioned lefty Kolby Allard to Triple-A and designed first baseman Darick Hall
