England international Gallagher swaps Chelsea for Atletico Madrid

MADRID, Aug. 9 (Xinhua) -- Atletico Madrid have signed England international midfielder Conor Gallagher from Chelsea for a reported fee of around 40 million euros (44 million U.S. dollars).

The 24-year-old flew to Spain after Chelsea accepted Atletico Madrid's offer for the former youth team player at the end of last week and although the move has not been made official, he has been pictured training with the re
