England’s far-right rioters face stadium bans as season kicks-off this weekend
August 8 – Far-right rioters who have taken part in a week of violence across the UK could be barred from football matches.
Banning orders could be introduced as part of a response to violent demonstrations after jail sentences were meted out to some of those involved.
The rioting occurred in several locations following a knife attack that killed three young girls.
Sir Keir Starmer, the Prime Minister, has said that rioters should be treated in a similar way to football hooligans.
