Neeraj Chopra advances to the finals of the Paris Olympics

Neeraj Chopra secured his place in the men's javelin throw final at the Olympic Games with a stellar season-best throw of 89.34m. Known for his consistent performances, Chopra easily surpassed the 84m automatic qualifying mark on his first attempt. In contrast, fellow Indian Kishore Jena fell short with a best throw of 80.73m.
