IPL: BCCI may allow franchises to retain uncapped players

The much-awaited meeting of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) with the Indian Premier League (IPL) owners to discuss the retentions ahead of the mega auction will take place at the board's headquarters in the Wankhede Stadium complex on Wednesday.
