With goals hard to come by, Gakpo is bookies’ favourite for Golden Boot
July 5 – Dutch star Cody Gakpo has edged out Jamal Musiala as the bookie’s favourite to take home the Euro 2024 golden boot as the Liverpool man enjoys his best goalscoring form to date.
The 25-year-old, who is on three goals alongside Musiala, has the best odds at 4/1. Netherlands only have to face Türkiye and the winner of England v Switzerland ahead of the final, whilst Musiala’s Germany face in-form Spain and then the winner of France v Portugal.
