'People make fun of us in world cricket': Akram slams PCB

Former Pakistan cricketer Wasim Akram criticized the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for removing Shaheen Afridi as captain after one series, citing inconsistency and instability in leadership. Akram lamented that constant changes make Pakistan a laughingstock in world cricket. He expressed relief at being away from the politics and criticism in Pakistan cricket. Shaheen was appointed captain after Babar Azam stepped down, but was quickly replaced following losses in the T20 World Cup. Shoaib Akhtar also questioned Babar's initial appointment as captain.
