Cardinals 3B Nolan Arenado hit by pitch, day-to-day

Cardinals third baseman Nolan Arenado left St. Louis' game against the host Miami Marlins in the eighth inning on Wednesday after he was hit by a pitch on the right elbow.

Arenado, who was drilled by a fastball from Huascar Brazoban, was replaced on the bases and in the field by Jose Fermin.
