Prosecutors allege lead detective in Jack De Belin sexual assault case lied under oath

The Director of Public Prosecutions has alleged the lead detective in the Jack De Belin sexual assault case gave false statements when he claimed text messages between the NRL player and his lawyer only related to "Dragons business".
