LaManna stops Abreu for WBA gold

WBA #3 middleweight Thomas “Cornflake” LaManna (38-5-1, 17 KOs) scored a third round TKO over #15 Juan Carlos Abreu (26-8-1, 24 KOs) on Saturday night. A barrage of LaManna body shots put Abreu down three times to end it in round three. With the win, his eighth straight, LaManna claims the WBA gold middleweight title.
