Sixteen years after her only Paralympics, Kathleen O'Kelly-Kennedy wants a ticket to Paris

Kathleen O'Kelly-Kennedy went to the Beijing Paralympics as a wheelchair basketballer, now she's closing in on a ticket to her second Games, as a kayaker.
