When is the next total solar eclipse visible in the United States after 2024?

Happy Total Solar Eclipse Day in 2024! That’s right, Monday will give us a glimpse (using special glasses, of course) of the moon covering up the sun for the first time in a few years, and while Alaska will get to view another one in 2033, you may be wondering: when does this happen again in the continental United States?
