Someone really stole a shipment of Jaromir Jagr bobbleheads and NHL fans had jokes
To the theif(s?) out there who stole the Jaromir Jagr bobbleheads that were meant to be handed out at Thursday’s Pittsburgh Penguins game: BOOOO! HOW DARE YOU? BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Seriously, that is a thing that happened. Per the team, in a post on X (formerly Twitter), the Pens said “the shipment carrying the Jagr bobbleheads for tonight’s game has been stolen en route to Pittsburgh.” Fans will get vouchers for a future date to pick them up.
But: WHO STEALS BOBBLEHEADS? COME ON! Still, NHL fans had so many jokes about this, as you’d probably expect. Here’s a sampling of them:
All fans in attendance will receive a voucher that includes a one-time scannable barcode that will be required to pick up the bobblehead at a later date.
Location and dates for pickup will be shared when the items are safely located or new bobbleheads are produced and available…

Not sure which is funnier, someone planning to deliberately pull off a bobblehead heist, or someone just stealing boxes as opportunity arises only to realize they have thousands of Jaromir Jagr bobbleheads and the Pittsburgh Penguins are not happy https://t.co/Nc97nDniHM
