Aussie boxing legend Jeff Fenech is rushed to hospital with a mystery infection - and could need a second round of heart surgery

The Hall of Fame fighter known as the 'Marrickville Mauler' is in a Sydney private hospital and says doctors fear an infection that started in the valves of his heart is spreading through his body.
