Dan Hurley appeared to threaten another fan after UConn's win over Providence
Dan Hurley has quickly ascended the ladder of best coaches in college basketball during his time with UConn, and now he’s making a name as one of the most confrontational too.
After seemingly threatening to knock out a fan following a loss to Creighton on Feb. 20, Hurley was back at it Saturday, exchanging words with another fan following UConn’s win over Providence to close the regular season. And he again appeared ready for a physical altercation.
“Look at this guy right here. Look at this guy. Come here, you’ll get hurt,” Hurley appears to say in a video of the exchange.
No love lost between Dan Hurley and Friartown.

It’s not exactly clear what the fan said to draw the ire of Hurley, though it doesn’t seem to take much these days. College hoops fans are split on their reaction to Hurley’s behavior, with some finding it incredibly childish…
He acts like a drunk college kid it's embarrassing

This is disgusting. Hurley should be fined for this stuff. It goes both ways. College athletics is getting nasty https://t.co/MrGhnR6Tlq

Danny’s edge is polarizing, but I appreciate it. https://t.co/ffLeFlztLb
