DUX, Pistons gain splits to start NBA 2K League's Slam Open

DUX Infinitos, the NBA 2K League's reigning 3v3 champions, opened their season by splitting two matches on Thursday in Slam Open group play.

After producing a 3-2 win over 76ers GC, DUX fell 3-2 to Heat Check Gaming.

Last year's 3v3 losing finalist, Pistons Gaming, also started their campaign with a win and a loss. They downed Magic Gaming 3-1 but fell by the same score to Hornets
