With no sailing experience, an Aussie surfer set off on a 9,000km adventure and had the trip of a lifetime

Torren Martyn and his partner Aiyana Powell barely knew how to sail before embarking on 12-month voyage through the tropics. On their little boat Calypte, the couple braved wild weather, survived a brush with death and scored some of the best waves of their lives.
