Making national service optional will not help achieve purpose – Former NSS Boss

A former Director of the National Service Scheme (NSS), Mr. Vincent Kuagbenu, has criticised Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia rsquo;s proposal to make national service voluntary if elected president.
