Mike Martin: Legendary ex-Florida State baseball coach who helped mold Deion Sanders, JD Drew and more dies at 79 after three-year dementia battle

Martin, a member of the College Baseball Hall of Fame who won an NCAA Division I record 2,029 games in 40 seasons as Florida's baseball coach, died Thursday at 79.
