EFL clash suspended due to medical emergency in crowd as players are taken off pitch
A MEDICAL emergency has suspended play in Bolton’s clash against Cheltenham.
The League One game was stopped due to an apparent emergency in the crowd.
Players from both teams were taken off the pitch following the incident.
A statement from Bolton on X, formerly known as Twitter, said: “There’s been a stoppage in-play here due to an apparent medical incident in the crowd.
“The players have been taken from the field for now.”
