Reality TV star Samarthya Gupta is making his acting debut as Shatrughna in the mythological series 'Srimad Ramayana'. Shatrughna is the youngest prince of Ayodhya, the half-brother of Lord Rama, and the twin of Lakshmana. He is believed to be an incarnation of the Sudarshana Chakra. Samarthya credits his reality TV experience for helping him understand himself better.
