Postcode Lottery pays out thousands of pounds to neighbours in 12 lucky Welsh streets

The latest winning postcodes in the People's Postcode Lottery draws have been confirmed - and congratulations are in order for players living on a dozen Welsh streets. The People's Postcode Lottery manages lotteries for 20 Postcode Trusts and one third of the price of every ticket bought is donated to charity.
