Watch: Djed Spence pulls Ange Postecoglou away from fan confrontation after Tottenham defeat
A video doing the rounds on social media shows Ange Postecoglou angrily confronting a Tottenham fan after the final whistle, with the Spurs boss needing to be pulled away by Djed Spence and Mathys Tel.
The performance that Tottenham Hotspur delivered at Craven Cottage on Sunday is one that Spurs fans have seen many times this season, especially away from home.
The Lilywhites failed to assert themselves in the game, especially in the first half and proceeded to concede two soft goals.
The 2-0 defeat at West London is Tottenham’s 15th loss of the Premier League season in just 29 games, and some pundits have suggested that Postecoglou is now just about hanging onto his Spurs job.

Video: Ange Postecoglou confronts Tottenham fan after final whistle
The Tottenham fans who made the trip to Craven Cottage were not best pleased with the display they saw from their side and a confrontation broke out between one supporter and Postecoglou just as the Spurs boss was about to enter the tunnel.
A video doing the rounds on social media shows a fan repeatedly asking “What was that?”, referring to the performance. The Australian is then seen losing his temper and asking the fan to behave.
That is when Djed Spence and Mathys Tel pushed Postecoglou away, with the Frenchman seen telling the fan to show some respect.
Postecoglou needs to stop responding to taunts
Some Spurs supporters on social media seemingly feel that the fan did nothing wrong and was just asking a simple enough question.
However, that is a little disingenuous as the fan knew exactly what he was doing. He wanted his five seconds of fame, and he got it.
Postecoglou needs to stop responding to these kinds of taunts as he has nothing to gain from them, and they are only making life more difficult for him at a time when he is already under immense pressure.
