Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly eyeing two Bundesliga stars ahead of the upcoming summer window – one from Eintracht Frankfurt and another from Bayer Leverkusen.

Key defenders Romero and van de Ven have struggled to stay fit, while backup option Radu Dragusin has injured his ACL and is now expected to be out for the foreseeable future.

According to SportBILD Tottenham Hotspur are said to be gearing up for a big summer spend in the Bundesliga with Eintracht Frankfurt’s Hugo Larsson and Bayer Leverkusen’s Piero Hincapié said to be on their list.
SportBILD reports that Larsson is wanted by all top clubs this summer and Tottenham Hotspur are one of them. With several top clubs already showing serious interest, Larsson is currently valued at around £29.1 million, according to the outlet.
Tottenham, Arsenal, and Liverpool are among the Premier League sides monitoring him closely, while AC Milan and Real Madrid have also been tracking his progress. Manchester City are believed to be keeping an eye on him as well.
It’s expected that if his development continues at this impressive pace, some of these clubs may make concrete offers soon. Eintracht Frankfurt view him as their “next big success” on the transfer market and are aiming for a fee of at least £41.6m.
However, the player is said to have recurring muscular issues, and this could make some suitors, such as Tottenham—already dealing with injury concerns this season—hesitate before making a move.

Tottenham are monitoring Piero Hincapie
SportBILD also reports that Piero Hincapie is on Tottenham Hotspur’s radar once again. Tottenham are said to have expressed interest in the defender in 2023, while Atletico Madrid made an approach in 2024. According to the outlet, these are just a few of the many enquiries piling up at Bayer Leverkusen.
Leverkusen, however, have secured him on a contract until 2029 and are demanding at least £58.5 million for his services.
His ability to play both on the left in a three-man defence and in a traditional four-man setup makes him highly sought after. Whether Tottenham will be willing to meet Leverkusen’s asking price remains to be seen.
