Jack Grealish is seemingly a big fan of one Spurs star, picking him over one of Liverpool’s best attackers, Luis Diaz, and a former France great, Franck Ribery.
Son is undoubtedly a Premier League legend
Son’s numbers stack up well against the best forwards to have ever graced the Premier League, with the Tottenham man already managing to write his name into the competition’s folklore.
However, far from resting on his laurels, the Spurs captain remains hungry to add to his legacy.
He has made no secret of the fact that he is desperate to lead the Lilywhites to silverware before his time at the club runs out (BBC Sport).
Grealish’s words of praise
Grealish has now admitted that he is a big fan of the Son, picking the Tottenham man over Liverpool star Luis Diaz and French legend Franck Ribery.
When asked by talkSPORT: “Luis Diaz or Heung-min Son?”, the Man City star responded: “Son.”
He was then asked: “Heung-min Son or Franck Ribery” and he said: “Son”. Finally, Grealish was asked: “Heung-min Son or Eden Hazard?” and he said: “Hazard”.
Son needs a trophy
It would be a shame for a man of Son’s talent and legacy to end his stint at Tottenham and the Premier League without any silverware to show for it.
There is nothing that would delight Spurs fans more than seeing the South Korean proudly hoist up a trophy and Ange Postecoglou will be hoping that happens this season.
