‘Revs Express’ tram push as live-music venues to be shielded from noise complaints

City of Yarra will soon mandate soundproofing for new builds in five live-music precincts to allow venues to a turn a deaf ear to complaints. It’s also pushing for a direct Fitzroy-to-Prahran tram line to service nighttime revellers.
