Melbourne surgeons face lawsuit over alleged multimillion-dollar fraud

The Transport Accident Commission is to launch legal action against several surgeons at the Royal Melbourne Hospital in a bid to claw back millions of dollars it alleges they fraudulently claimed by billing for procedures that were never performed.
