ASX remains up after US court delivers trade war bombshell; banks, energy stocks rise

The Australian sharemarket has opened higher as America’s trade war against the rest of the world took yet another twist, with a US trade court blocking Donald Trump’s “Liberation Day” tariffs from going into effect.
