‘Unprovoked’ assault: The verdict is in, and Balta will not appeal

Noah Balta will not be allowed to leave his house for the next three months between the hours of 10pm and 6am as part of an 18-month correctional service order imposed by magistrate Melissa Humphreys for an unprovoked assault outside Mulwala Water Ski Club.
