Pilot grabs $5M for WA oil play and clean energy pivot

Pilot Energy has raised $5M in a heavily oversubscribed placement at a 100% premium and expects to put $4.5M towards securing full control of the Cliff Head oilfields to fuel its clean energy transformation.
