Horizontal Falls skipper, boat company fined over horrific crash

Edward Whisson was the master of Falls Express, a tour boat with 25 passengers on board in May 2022, when it hit rocks at the popular tourist destination. On Thursday he and the company he worked for were fined over the incident.
