Blues Home Page Account Help Request

Does anybody know why when I click on my account profile on BCFC home page I get a pop up telling me to complete my registration profile? All my details are there and the only thing left to do is tick a couple of boxes, which I've done. The pop up then goes away and I'm back on the homepage of BCFC. Then when I go to access my account page, the pop up re-appears asking me for the same again. Very annoying as I can't do anything with my current BluesTV subscription.
