Maybe when you subscribed you should have entered your card details. If it didn’t make you it’s a software glitch. All too common.

I subscribed at the ticket office he asked me for my card details at that point. I am not expecting any issues.

I’ve said for years they need a help desk type service for online issues and separate it from the ticket operation.

The quality of the people working in it is paramount as the key is to pass issues on and ensure they are resolved.

Hopefully the new guy sorts things they are not insurmountable.
