I’ve noticed that I’m subscribed to the cup scheme although I don’t have a credit card registered
I seem to recall seeing some comms but didn’t pay much attention at the time
The details on the app state the following :
“2025/26 ST holders who opted into being on the ACS will be able to retain their season seat (if the stand is operational) for any home cup fixture.
The supporter will be charged the value of a match ticket which will be sent to the registered email address prior to matchday.
Should a supporter not want to attend, please contact the ticket office to arrange a refund of your ticket.”
So like a good few others I’m guessing, I’ll likely not be attending league cup games until later rounds assuming we get that far, and then the FA cup when that comes around but want to retain the option of having my own seat.
Will this work then, being subscribed but with no credit card registered and then when a cup game is coming up, just register my card and then I get allocated my seat ?
Or, do I need to add a card now ?
If so, then does anyone know how refunds are going to work. Will it be a straight refund onto your card, or just a credit into your BCFC account the same as how the ticket exchange works and so the club retains the money ?
Either way, it sounds like it’s gonna drive yet further calls to the ticket office
