Definitely mate, the lads who go out on the roads are mad, imho. I get it's the more popular and easier done version (you don't need a forest or hills for example, just a bike and the roads) but as you say, the roads are so busy now and the antagonism towards them from a lot of drivers just makes it unthinkable for me - as you say - fook that.
