Re: Long term depression

Not sure if this is public forum or not. Obviously mods please feel free to move as be.

I’ve been suffering very long term with the topic above. Lots of GP help and therapy since accepting the issues at hand. Sometimes, you don’t know what the next move is. Since moving abroad, and moving away from the old man (dad) and loosing the old old man (grandad), I feel at an absolute loss. Not sure if this is this general isolation related or perhaps home sickness, or maybe loss of what seemed to be an irreplaceable Saturday afternoon with two generations. Regardless, nothing can replace the match day experiences of having a pint with both old mans at the George or roost, talking about our own similarities. Perhaps other members on SHA that feel the same? Is it coming of age at 28, or a particular blues feeling of generation support lost - you can’t replace the history lost?

Happy Saturday evening.
